I wonder what's your attitude to unlicensed brokers? Do you have any experience of working with some of them? How did you handled the troubles?
I also suggest making a list of brokers with no licence here to prevent newbies from disaster.

FCA recently warned about SunbirdFX broker. This company doesn't have licence for sure.
Now it's your turn.

Thanks alot for sharing, I think SunbirdFX Broker is not on not regulated, but they have also been blacklisted by FPA, anyone using them is walking on a tight rope and should be prepared to slip

We shouldn't join brokers which are having no valid license ,we should always prefer licensed brokers site like Forexmart which license number is 266/15 which is cyrus based company .So we have to concentrate on such trusted brokers only.

Traders have to always look for brokers with valid license,its a matter of experience and choice of the traders ,if we can trace out the Forexmart broker ,we can see valid license of the broker can easily work with this by investing our money .

Rumba, I don’t think it’s true mate, if the only thing you could believe on then it’s license. Now, it’s where you need to be wise and know about brokers and where they are licensed from while I have no worries with OctaFX broker since they are not just regulated, but they are also a true ECN broker and that too an award winning one, so that’s why I like it so much and really enjoy trading with them all the time.

It would be terrible to waste time with brokers with no license.

Yeah, it doesn’t make sense to go with brokers with shady background, I would definitely wish to have broker which got clean history and have some sort of reputation, as it’s what gives me comfort to work with and that’s one of the biggest reason why I enjoy trading with OctaFX broker, it’s a wonderful company with been regulated plus a true ECN as well and that too an award winning one, so that’s why it’s all classic and great to be part of.

I don’t think it’s tough to know what can happen if we go with broker which is not licensed or regulated because then we are simply putting our money on the line, so it’s simply crazy thing to do. I will prefer to make investment only when I feel it’s 100% secure and if we don’t feel comfortable or secure then how we will be able to grow as trader? It’s vital to be comfortable and only then we will be able to make profits, I am lucky enough to do it easily with OctaFX broker since they are regulated plus a worldwide recognized company servicing in over 170 countries which is what makes me so much comfortable and they have excellent conditions too, it just adds on!
