How to send more info about the problem with MT4 or LOC EA strange behavior

Hi,
I'll give you some details about how to provide us the info to help you with the problem.

You can contact us when you notice something strange und unexpected in LOC behavior (Please use one of the support ways mentioned on this page: http://www.landofcash.net/ForexTradingLOC-EASupport.aspx )

To help you we need some technical information from your side.

1. The Version of the Product you are using.
2. The bug or strange behavior description. Please also include screenshots.
3. Please make a copy of Journal and Experts tabs content. (check the attched picture for details)
4. The config (input values) of the EA that you are using.

Here is the pic which shows how to make the copy of your journal and experts tab from your metatrader.
Please copy contents right after you notice the issue. Also please don't send us ULTRA long junk list. we only need just few last messages maybe 20 or 50 (not 100000)
